Appetiser composed of typical products from the Sicilian territory of the Valle dell'Etna. The dish consists of caponata, eggplant Parmesan, "cipolla informata," baked peppers and eggplants, and exquisite baked ricotta. The cold products include fresh and cave-aged cheeses, accompanied by the finest local cured meats.
5 stars are not enough! I ate very well, delicious dishes and excellent quality, cosy, well-maintained and clean ... excellent service ... great, keep it up!
